Boscastle & Crackington Gig Club finish 9th in the world!

Congratulations to The Ladies Vets crew from Boscastle & Crackington Gig Club boarded the Scillonian III from Penzance to the Isles of Scilly, for the World Gig Championships. Their first Vets race at 11.30am, racing from St Agnes to St Mary's, they came in 14th. putting them into Group B for race 2 at 4.30pm which was from Nut Rock to St Mary's, they came 1st ! Tears of happiness flowed as we came over the finish line, a very proud Cox & Crew. Putting them into the Saturday final, Happily sitting on the start line of the final they rowed hard and came in 9th ! They did party hard after too! Thanks to all at B&C Gig Club for your support & encouragement. They are all now looking forward to the regatta season ahead!
